Swimming Pools: Features four distinct areas: a Leisure Pool with eight waterslides, a wave machine, and interactive features like “Specky’s Island”; a 25-metre Competition Pool for lane swimming; a Teaching Pool for lessons; and a Diving Pool with boards.

Ice Rink: An Olympic-sized indoor rink open year-round for public “Skate for All” sessions, lessons, and home games for the Guildford Flames ice hockey team.

Bowling: A 32-lane Tenpin Bowling alley (Spectrum Bowl) featuring arcade games and optional bumpers for children.

Soft Play: Specky’s Pirate Ship, a four-storey soft play centre for young children including ball pools and slides.
