Tulleys Farm is a multi-generational family-run destination in West Sussex, celebrated for its massive seasonal festivals and award-winning year-round Escape Rooms. It transforms throughout the year, from a million-bloom tulip field in spring to a world-famous “scream park” in autumn.

Things to Do & Year-Round Highlights
Tulleys Escape Rooms: Voted some of the UK’s best, these five elaborately themed rooms (like “Mutiny” and “The Outfitters”) are open all year.
Tulleys Tea Room: A year-round spot for breakfast, lunch, and homemade cakes, featuring a spacious garden and children’s play area.
Tulip Festival (Spring): Typically starting in late March, this event features over 1.5 million tulips and 100+ varieties. Highlights include Dutch-inspired street food, live music, and a 33-metre observation wheel.
Sunflower & Pumpkin Picking (Summer/Autumn): A massive PYO (Pick Your Own) operation starting with sunflowers in summer and moving to over one million pumpkins in October.
Shocktober Fest (October): Europe’s largest scream park, featuring 11 haunted attractions, live music, street theatre, and circus shows.
Christmas Experience (Winter): A festive transformation including a Santa’s Grotto, reindeer food making, ice skating, and the Christmas Light Festival.
