Royal Shakespeare Company’s (RSC) home base is in Stratford-upon-Avon. It is a major attraction in the town. The building combines old and modern architecture.

The Experience

The Royal Shakespeare Theatre features a unique “thrust stage” with the audience on three sides. The Swan Theatre is a smaller, Victorian-style space used for more experimental plays.
