These Terms for Advertisers apply when you submit an advert enquiry, sponsored listing, featured advert, banner advert or similar paid placement request to UK Holiday Breaks.
By submitting an advert enquiry or making payment, you agree to these terms.
- About UK Holiday Breaks
UK Holiday Breaks provides information about places to visit, attractions, days out, holiday ideas, accommodation options and related services.
We may display paid advertisements, sponsored listings, featured adverts, affiliate links and other commercial placements on the Website.
- Advert Enquiries
Submitting an advert enquiry does not guarantee that your advert will be accepted or published.
We reserve the right to review, edit, refuse, delay, suspend or remove any advert at our discretion.
We may refuse adverts that are unsuitable for the Website, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, offensive, poor quality, irrelevant to the page, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Website.
- Manual Approval

- Rights to Use Content
By submitting text, images, logos, website links or other material, you confirm that you have the right to use that material and to allow UK Holiday Breaks to display it on the Website.

Weapons or explosives

We may also refuse adverts from businesses or websites that appear unsafe, misleading, low quality or unrelated to the Website.
- Placement and Position

Advertisers are responsible for making sure their own websites are safe, lawful, functional and suitable for visitors.
- Payment
Payment must be made using the payment method provided on the Website or as otherwise agreed.
Your payment reference, PayPal order ID or other payment details may be used to match your payment to your advert enquiry.
Payment alone does not guarantee publication until the advert has been reviewed and accepted.
- Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If we refuse an advert before publication and no suitable alternative can be agreed, we may issue a refund.
Refunds may not be available once an advert has been reviewed, prepared, published or displayed for part or all of the agreed period, except where required by law or agreed by us.
- Removal or Suspension
We may remove or suspend an advert at any time if:
The advert breaches these terms
The advert becomes misleading or outdated
The linked website becomes unsafe or unsuitable
We receive a complaint
Payment is reversed, disputed or not completed
The advert may damage the Website or its visitors
We are required to do so by law, regulation, platform policy or payment provider requirement
- No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee clicks, enquiries, bookings, sales, search rankings, traffic levels or any particular commercial result from an advert.
Advertising performance can vary depending on page traffic, visitor interest, seasonality, offer quality and other factors outside our control.
- Data and Privacy
We process advertiser enquiry and payment-matching information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This may include your name, email address, business name, website address, advert area, advert description, payment name, reference number, PayPal order ID and related correspondence.
- Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Holiday Breaks is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, reputational loss or indirect losses arising from advert placement, delay, refusal, suspension or removal.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for Advertisers from time to time.
The version that applies to your advert will normally be the version available at the time you submit your advert enquiry or make payment, unless a later version is required by law or agreed with you.
