Hornsea Mere

Hornsea Mere is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for a relaxed but active day out. Located in Hornsea (HU18 1AX, East Riding of Yorkshire), it holds the title of the largest natural lake in Yorkshire. What can you do there?

The big draw here is getting out on the water. You can hire rowing boats or motorboats, which is a great way to see the lake at your own pace.
