You can enjoy some of the best views in the region from the café balcony, or head into the “Wildlife Room” to watch live camera feeds of nesting ospreys and red squirrels. Outside, there are several well-marked walking trails that take you past spectacular waterfalls and through deep pine forests. There is even a dedicated “Red Squirrel Trail” where you have a great chance of seeing them in the wild. For those who like a bit of art with their nature, the forest is dotted with interesting sculptures and installations.
