Whitby Abbey is the star of the show. Perched high on the East Cliff, these dramatic ruins inspired Bram Stoker’s Dracula. For a change of pace, you can jump on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway for a steam train ride through the countryside, or head to the nearby village of Robin Hood’s Bay for even more coastal charm.
