Natureland is well known for rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned and injured seal pups that become stranded on Lincolnshire beaches, however, the site has added other features and animals such as Penguins, Meerkats, a tropical house, Floral palace with tropical birds, tropical butterflies, an aquarium and a Pets corner with goats, turkeys, rabbits, guinea pigs and Soay sheep.

 Gainsborough Old Hall is a unique medieval manor house right in the centre of Gainsborough. Sir Thomas Burgh built it between 1460 and 1480. If you climb to the top of the brick built tower you can enjoy great views of the surrounding area. Many local people combine a visit to Gainsborough Old Hall with a visit to Blyton Ice Cream Parlor to enjoy one of the 50 different types of ice cream.

This site has the remains of a medieval village. Aerial photos show the outlines of village buildings and roads. Visitors can only see and follow the mounds that hide the true extent of the village.
