The Centre has qualified, experienced and friendly instructors, a challenging 165 metre dry slope and a tobogganing slope, all set in a scenic woodland setting on the edge of the Mendip Hills.
The centre has a range of other activities including: Archery, Climbing and Abseiling, 4x4 driving, Power kiting, Mountain boarding, Air rifle and Orienteering. The activities can be combined in an 'Action Day'.

Noahs Ark Zoo Farm is a unique zoo / working farm just outside Bristol with over 100 species of big zoo animals. The zoo enables visitors to get plenty of hands on experience; feeding, holding and stroking a variety of animals including lambs, camels, deer, goats, reptiles and llamas. There are 12 indoor and outdoor adventure play areas for suitable for all ages.
Bristol zoo has 9 animal houses so is a great place even on rainy days. Regular daily events include talks with keepers, animal encounters and feeding time. Planning your visit will help you see as many scheduled events as possible.
A visit to the cave system includes a guided tour. The caves contain storage for the famous Cheddar cheese. Outside there is a Fairy garden, dinosaur trail, Circus museum, paper making demonstrations, a show, small hall of mirrors and a crazy golf course. The exhibit even has a hotel with a roof shaped like a witches hat.
Check out the hotel prices as it did include free tickets to the attraction on our visit and may be the best way of visiting. Great day out for kids.

Fleet Air Arm Museum represents the flying arm of the Royal Navy. There are 4 main halls plus a gallery. The halls are for early developments, World War Two, Aircraft Carrier experience and Special planes including the first British Concorde. The gallery contains a number of exhibitions.
The SS Great Britain was the worlds first great ocean liner and you can go aboard to experience all the sights, sounds and smells, Stroll on the decks and take in the views and the sounds of animals and general bustle of the ship preparing to set sail. On the the dockside cargo, cases and crates are waiting to be loaded. The whole atmosphere that you would have experienced has been recreated for you to enjoy.
The link between the Clifton Suspension bridge and the SS Great Britain above is that they were both engineered by Isambard Brunel.
